Slow Cooker Oatmeal
1 2/3 cup oats (steel cut or old-fashioned rolled, not instant)
2 cups water
2 cups skim milk
pinch of salt
*I also added a little bit of cinnamon
Combine oats, water, milk, salt, and cinnamon in slow cooker, and stir. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low heat.
